Lazarus Productions presents "Heartdance". When Eli, Joshua and Shaddai King move into the town of Misbegotten, they are met by their former mentor, Damien Black, with a challenge for each of them to write their best music to see who can make the town dance. Will the town choose the dance of life or death? This modern day parable tells of the love of the King family for the town of Misbegotten. It takes an honest and sometimes humorous look at the struggle to find life beyond abuse. We open August 13-14 at 7:30 with a return engagement August 27-28For tickets call 918-851-0012 - $10, $8 for students

Tulsa Little Theatre, 1511 S Delaware Ave, Tulsa
Cotton Patch Gospel has been called the “greatest story ever retold”. This toe-tappin’, foot-stompin’ evening of old fashioned story telling will be onstage August 20-22 at Tulsa Little Theatre, 1511 S Delaware. Curtain time is 7:30 pm on Friday and Saturday and 2:00 pm on Sunday.
Area bluegrass musicians Mike Bostic (Claremore), Tom Price, Justin Boyd, Xander Buck (Tulsa) and Bill Guinn (Broken Arrow) support one of Tulsa’s most
accomplished actors, Mike Pryor. These performers represent the same cross section of Oklahoma talent as the twelve disciples they represent in this familiar and entertaining version of the gospel of Matthew.
Cotton Patch Gospel is accessible, thought provoking and appropriate for all audiences with no disclaimers or warnings. Since this is a show that is particularly
enjoyable with friends there is a significant discount for theatre parties of ten or more.
