The theatre is in great shape with many new additions, it is now fully handicap accessible with an elevated lift mechanism. All restrooms and facilities have been restored, keeping the historical look of the 1930's from when it was built.
Prior to being purchased by the Hills, the Tulsa Little Theatre was in a state of considerable disrepair. Debris and junk were scattered throughout the theatre and the roof leaked leaving a pool of water below the stage.
